[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gel ice pack does what it’s supposed to do, but when you freeze it the bottom of the ice pack cracks open from the gel expanding. Over time it’ll expand so much you can’t even use it in the chiller anymore.

But it holds 16oz of milk per container and keeps cold all day long! Greatest tool for the breastmilk journey and those mommas that still love to get out and do things.

I love the cooler but the gel pack cracked and exploded. I see a few complaints about the same thing. There should be a remake of the way it’s made. Shouldn’t be cracking for its purpose. I’ve only had mine about 2 months.
