[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this ice pack to replace my 2 original ice packs that cracked. I’ve had it for almost 3 weeks and it’s cracked again. I love my willow cooler but this ice pack continues to crack when I put it in the freezer. It seems like they need to figure out how to make this product without the continued cracks that happen.

The top of the ice pack unfortunately snapped off after only a couple months of use. I was given a free replacement which is amazing, but then the same issue happened.
