Overall this pan worked well. The only downside is that the indetions for the eyes and bridle could have been more defined in the finished cake.

I love the horse design, however, it was hard to decorate as design imprints seemed too shallow . Did not stand out on the cake. I’ve decorated many children’s cakes with Wilton pans. Design on this was hard to follow.

No complaints about the pan. Used it for a unicorn cake. I greased and floured the pan before baking, no problem with sticking. Maybe could have decreased baking time by a couple minutes.

My grand daughter is a horse lover, and learned to ride before she can even walk. Her birthday is not for several months, but as soon as she saw it she just knew it was for her future birthday cakes. I have not used this one, but I have other Wilton pans, and they all work great. I expect no less quality that Wilton always provides. Thank you. PS. Her little sister is a uncorn nut, so how well is this going to work out!

This is my first shaped pan and I tried my hand at the unicorn cake. It went perfectly! I used butter and flour to coat the pan and there was zero sticking. It came out easily by just running a butter knife around the edges. I can't wait to try more of these shaped pans! Thank you Wilton for making great products at affordable prices!

Pan was really neat for a horse lovers birthday. I did have problems where even with using the Wilton pan release spray, part of the cake stuck to the pan, and made the pattern hard to see on the cake-even with directions.

This is a great mold, and leaves room for self expression. It's very easy to decorate, and if you add more strands of hair, it really gives a 3D effect which amazes people. Everyone was very impressed. I added some piped stars on the bridle for a little girl's birthday, and made the eye a little bigger, so it would really pop out. I love that whatever color horse you choose, it will still look great.
