Description
Canvas laminated onto high-quality boards, ensures Winsor & Newton Artist's Canvas Boards maintain excellent strength and firmness. Each canvas board is stretched by hand for the correct tension and features tailored corners. The canvas is triple coated with one coat of acid-free sizing and two coats of highly pigmented primer. The medium grain canvas surface offers balanced absorbency to prevent the sinking of oil colors while improving adhesion. These boards are suitable for use with traditional oils, water-mixable oils, alkyd, and acrylic colors and come ready for immediate use.
