I am almost 56 and not quite a year without a period to be officially menopausal. My hot flashes were not severe but several times a day and at night a few that were disturbing my sleep. It took about a week but as long as I take a full 8 pumps only twice a day I don't have them at all. Amazing. I also notice a bit less grumpiness…. and some clearer thinking which is also a good thing. I buy the larger bottle and pour it into the smaller initial pump bottle size I bought first when trialing it as I can not pour into the cup provided with out spilling it and it is way to expensive to be wasting. 😅

My cycle length has stabilized. I take it twice a day: when I wake, and at bedtime. This is a great product. I prefer dropper tops over the pumps, however this works, too!

I didn't think that I would find relief from the hormonal roller coaster I've been on for years, but I have with this tincture. From the very first dose, I instantly felt calmer, more confident, and generally more at ease. I take it at least twice a day to even my mood and help me stay clear and present in the world. I now cannot live without it and have already recommended it to friends!

Sadly this product has changed ingredients, please see old ingredient list: Proprietary blend of Vitex berry‚Äö Wild Yam root‚Äö Black Cohosh root‚Äö Mugwort aerials‚Äö Burdock root‚Äö Motherwort aerials‚Äö Licorice root‚Äö Lady's Mantle aerials‚Äö Nettles leaf‚Äö Borage aerials & Alfalfa leaf. The new ingredients do not have the same positive effect for me as the old formulation.

My friend recommended this, I have just begun taking it and I am not quite sure it is doing much, but everything is in constant change with me right now, so it is difficult to know. I am grateful it has the wild yam, low progesterone has been an issue for me.

I've looked at other post menopause combos and they either are missing one essential herb or another. This combo has Vitex, Black Cohosh but it also has lesser known herbal rock stars such as Lady's Mantle , Mugwort and Borage. Always go to Wish Garden.

Was having terrible hot flashes (frequent both day and night but worse at night) Take this every morning and evening and within about a week or 2, no more hot flashes!!! If you're suffering like I was, please give this a try. I hope it works as well for you.

I've been taking this for almost 2 weeks and pretty quickly I noticed I was getting less "heat ups" during the day. I am in perimenopause and have had one true hot flash (that's a trip!), but in the last 6 months have been noticing erratic temp changing episodes in my body. Since I've been taking this - twice a day was too much, once a day seems better for me at this point, they have diminished. I don't get hot daily now which is a nice relief! Hopeful the episodes will spread out even more. Thank you!
