Women's Haley Ankle Strap Single Band Flare Heels with Memory Foam Insole - A New Day™

I want to save you all of the pain- these are the most uncomfortable heels I’ve ever worn lol.

I’d like to start by saying that I wear heels everywhere. I’m not a fan of flats or low heels, so my collection of high heels is pretty extensive. I usually stick with brands that I know I can count on for all-day comfort, and honestly, I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how comfortable many of Target’s heels have been. I’ve worn several of their pairs walking around cities like Georgetown, DC, and Savannah, GA — all day without a problem. That said, I bought these black heels in-store for a conference I was attending in Salt Lake City. I tried them on, walked around a bit, and they seemed to fit perfectly — no gaps or slipping, even though they were open-toe sandals. I packed them for my trip, confident they’d be fine, and didn’t bring a backup pair. Cut to the first day of the conference — within one block of walking, I could feel the top of the sandal rubbing across my foot. I always carry bandages, so I figured it wasn’t a big deal at first. But about 30 minutes (and six bandages) later, the pain was unbearable. The hotel was too far to go back, so thankfully there was a Nordstrom nearby where I could buy another pair of heels — which I literally wore out of the store. For context, I am not someone who ever takes off her shoes and walks barefoot, no matter how much they hurt — so for me to replace them mid-day says a lot. This ended up being the fastest return I’ve ever made. I’m so disappointed, especially since Target shoes have usually been such reliable go-tos for me.

The shoe is comfortable and stylish. I just feel like it is more narrow that others. I have several pairs from "a new day" and this feels like the most narrow.

I couldn’t be happier with these shoes not only are they ADORABLE they are surprisingly comfortable. Didn’t need to break them in or anything. I had bought them last minute a day prior to attending a wedding and I had zero complaints! 10 out of 10 love these shoes and can see them working with so many styles. Very versatile.

These shoes fit like a glove. Super comfortable and they go with everything. I’m really happy with my purchase.

The straps are so poorly designed and literally don’t sit flat on your flat. Just like all the other reviews say. Bad. Don’t buy

These are very cute but after 5 minutes of standing I decided to return. They have ZERO cushion for the toes and make your feet ache right away.

They look cute, and would be fine for a short wear. But they were incredibly uncomfortable from the moment I put them on and never got better.

They were too wide. My feet would slip down a lot! Had to return them.

The straps sit very awkward around the ankle. The straps on the sides potrude in a curve-like manner, and don't sit flush against my feet/ankle. Loosening or tightening the top strap that wraps around the ankle doesn't fix this problem. I am usually between a 8.5-9 shoe size, and opted for a size 9. However, it was slightly big, and didn't have enough security around ankle/heel so I didn't feel comfortable walking in them.

Horribly confusing straps that are somehow too tight and too loose. I’ve never hated a pair of shoes more, which is unfortunate because I normally love shoes from this brand/Target. Save your money and put it towards another neutral heel that isn’t made by someone who hates women.

Comfy but the ankle strap felt weird at first, took some getting use to. They’re cute black heels. Honestly I wore them for an entire wedding and was on my feet for much of the night. True to size

Please make more colors😭 they are so comfortable and sooo cute!!! What I love about them is that they aren’t short heels 😭 I love tall and comfortable heels
