Women's Mini Sweater Dress - A New Day™

Love this dress! Perfect for winter with boots, tights, flats or even tennis shoes! Chose the large for my 5’5” 120# (long torso, short legs) frame & works perfectly! Not too large (great with a belt & sleeves rolled one fold-subtle), but long enough for winter & tall boots. Took advice from a previous review, about the same measurements, who sized up to large for length. Large hits just above my knee about 2” & just the fit I wanted for winter wear.

This is a cute sweater dress. It runs a bit large. I normally wear an XS and it was still a bit large on top. The length was great (I'm 5'4"); not too short at all. Looks great with knee high boots.

Very soft and the chocolate color is gorgeous, but it runs short! I’m 5’3, size 4 and ordered a small. The size is perfect but no way I could bend over, or in my case pickup my baby. I’m going to try the medium.

The material is much softer than a typical sweater and gives this dress a cozy feeling that I enjoy wearing. The color is an ivory (target calling Oatmeal). I found the fit to be true to size (M for me), very comfortable, easy to wear and flattering. The length of the dress is ok for me (5’10”) as long as it doesn’t shrink in the wash, but I would prefer it maybe an inch longer. I do wish the sleeves were a bit longer as well. They will likely be a good length for most people as my arms are extra long and I often have this issue, but their length is still reasonable even for me. I wore this around the house with socks to be comfy, then added a belt and boots to go out. I was given a couple compliments by strangers, so I would say it is a great stylish fall dress! I’m thinking of getting it in the brown color too because it is so easy to wear and yet feel put together (and cozy!)

I like that the material is soft, thick, and cozy without feeling too heavy. The ribbed texture gives it a flattering shape, and the turtleneck adds the perfect touch for fall and winter. I love the length — short enough to wear with tall boots but still appropriate for everyday wear. I can throw on a belt or denim jacket and wear it to work.

This sweater is SOO SOFT. I have extremely sensitive skin and am VERY sensitive to sweaters, particularly if they touch my neck or chest. I would say 90% of sweaters, even if they feel soft on my hands, make my neck/chest itch (and no I don’t have an allergy). But this sweater passes the test and is so soft and comfortable. It is very rare that I can wear a turtleneck sweater unless it’s chenille, but I can wear this sweater with no problem. I don’t know that I would wear it as a dress because it’s a bit short for a tall girl like me, but I’m wearing leggings with it and I love it. Keeps me warm all the way from my neck to my butt!

The dress is ok but they shipped me a dress that had dirt and grease all over the front and back.

Was supposed to be delivered between 2-4. Was pushed back 6 times! It is now 9:20pm and the shopper is texting me the item is not available. Online it says 2 in stock. Ridiculous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 5’5” tall and normally take a size medium or 8/10 dress. This dress is a bit roomy, but I would still say that it fits true to size. I really like the texture and the medium thickness to the sweater. I think it is the perfect length to wear either by itself or with leggings and a cute pair of boots. The material is ribbed and stretchy, but it still feels soft and comfortable.

Saw this online and was on the fence based on reviews. Ordered it anyway and glad I did. I don’t usually like the oversized look as I feel like it doesn’t do anything for me. This dress gives enough of the oversize comfort and is figure flattering. I’m 5’6”, purchased the XS and with opaque tights underneath don’t feel it’s too short. I’m not normally a fan of a turtleneck but it’s loose enough and not too slouchy. A belt will be a cute addition when I want to change up the look.

It is a mini dress, but does not feel too short in my opinion. The dress hits me about mid thigh. I am 5'4" and weigh approximately 125 lbs for reference. I am wearing a size small and i would say that it fits true to size. I do think that the turtleneck is a bit large and overbearing, especially because the skirt is so short. Other than that, it is a cute dree that can be worn with sneakers, heels, or boots. It was a reasonable price and i think I will get a lot of wear out of it this fall and winter.

I typically wear a small to medium and would say this is true to size. This sweater is so cozy and soft. The neck is a larger turtle neck . The length of the dress hits above my knees so it’s not too short! I think it is a little pricey but the quality of the material is nice ! I received an incentive to write this review.

The overall length of it is a little bit on the short side. You could wear it as a standalone dress or it would be better worn over a nice pair of leggings with some boots for a cute tunic top style look. The brown is neutral and it pairs nicely with just about anything. Overall, it’s soft and comfy and I like it. I received an incentive to write this review.

cute dress but not for a curvy fiqure and the sleeves are too long for a petite person

Nice quality and cute on, but agree with other reviewer that it is pretty short. Would size up 1-2 sizes for more length/ a more relaxed fit. I'm usually a small and the medium fit better, but went with a large for length (will be a looser fit)

Super soft and perfect for fall family photos with tall booties!

Super cute but way too short. I wasn’t even able to raise my arms in the air without my butt showing. I’m 5ft and got an XS. I’m gonna exchange for a S and see if it’s any longer.
