BUYER BEWARE!!! Targets criminal practice

Returned item with UPS mobile code provided by target. Item had original tags and was unworn and retuned within timeframe allowed. Target denied my return stating due to return policy but will not provide the reason or what part of the policy. So target has my $30 and the original item! That is theft! I will no longer be shopping at target and will be making sure all are aware of this criminal practice
