Women's Ponte Vest - A New Day™

Inconsistent sizing - I am always a L and I have a very large bust. The L in this vest fits well all over except the huge gaping arm holes. The M also fit but is a lot more snug. This stretches so there isn’t much button gaping. The arm holes are perfect in the M. Do I go with the comfort and confident of knowing I won’t bust out of the L but deal with enormous flappy arm holes? Or do I go with a tighter chest area but more appropriate arm holes with the M? It’s a cute vest if you can figure it out.

I should've listened to the reviews. Not sure who this vest was designed for but it has gaping armholes. I will return it.

The fit is perfect, material is so soft, color is beautiful. Easy to dress up or dress it down.

This vest would've been fine if it wasn't for the super awkward underarm gaping. It's monstrous. I ordered an XS and while it would fit too loosely over my 36DD chest if it was a size larger, there is an enormous gap between the topmost and second button on the front of the vest, so you can fully see a bra underneath from the side. That, and the gaps under the arms are wild; they're huge, even when the rest of the vest is extremely form-fitting. The armholes fit like they are three sizes larger than the rest of the vest. If you want to try the vest, try it on in store. Good luck. Wouldn't recommend. Fabric is cheap, but soft and stretchy, which is nice. But it just doesn't fit right. Something went wrong with the pattern for this top, idk.

Didn’t like this vest. I have large breasts and am a size small, even with a decent fit at the chest the underarms flared out like wings. There was too much material. I would have needed to take it in at least an inch on each side. Returned.

I have a short torso and this still feels really cropped to me. I bought in 3 colors and am typically a L in tops and would say its true to size. I returned the M as it would not fit. kept the brown and black to wear with high waisted pants

Loveeee!!! FYI it does shrink. I had dryer on low and still shrunk.

I LOVE this top and I’m very picky with Target clothing. It feels well-made and it’s so cute, I’m picturing it with a black mini skirt and boots. It does have a lot of space in the armpits for some reason but you’d never see it with your arms down. I’m wearing an XS for reference and I’m usually a small everywhere else so it does run big!

I absolutely love this little black vest. It has functional buttons, soft and stretchy fabric, and can be styled in so many different ways. This will surely be a piece that I wear on repeat.

It is CUTE, however, the fabric is a bit cheap.

This vest was soft, and I was able to button all the way up without issue (sometimes tops aren't forgiving if you have a chest). I tried the black one on in store, but the extra material at the sides wanted to point out in a weird way... almost as if there was extra material on the sides that didn't want to adhere to the rest of the vest's fitted look. I'll try again online; I really hope it works, because it's cute!
