I wanted this watch and when it was delivered the watch was not included. I took it back to the store and asked the agent to help me locate it in the box and she confirmed that that watch was never sent with the watch bans. Very disappointed, there is no more to send me. :( MY REAL RATING IS A ZERO

Don't waste your time
I bought this watch, and when it arrived the battery was dead. I contacted customer service who sent a second one. When that one arrived the battery was also dead. When I contacted customer service again they did not offer a replacement and my refund email I received indicated I would receive a “$0.00” refund. Now I have two watches that don’t work unless I spend more money to buy replacement batteries.
