Q: What does Indiglow mean? Does the watch face light up? What is the little square with the 14 in it on the watch face displaying?
A: The clock face lights up (in blue) when you press the button on the side of the watch inward. The little square on the clock face displays the day-of-the-month, which you set by pulling the button slightly outward, then turning it until the date you want appears (if you pull the button outward as far as it will go, you can then change the time).
submitted bydd123 - 6 years agoA: Hello Judy, Indiglo is a specific feature of the watch wherein the face lights up whenever you press the crown to activate it. The little square with the 14 in it is the month/date window.

Q: What is the wrist size of this watch?
A: Hello, thank you for your question! The wrist size for this watch is 135mm minimum and 190 mm maximum. You may adjust the band for this watch by adding or removing links to fit to your wrist.
submitted byTimex Customer Support - 7 years agoBrand expertA: This is tighter than a lot of watches - my wrist is on the small side (6 1/4 inches) and the band fits me exactly. If you have a larger wrist, the band will stretch to fit but it may feel tight and/or pinch your skin.

Q: How easy is it to replace the battery
A: Hello, Bren. Thank you for your inquiry. Replacing the battery on model T2H381JT isn’t something we recommend doing yourself, as the back case requires special tools to reseal properly and maintain water resistance. For safety reasons under Reese's Law and to avoid any damage, we suggest either taking the watch to a reputable watch repair kiosk or jeweler or sending it to our overseas repair shop for battery replacement ($18 + tax). If you’d like to send it in, please contact us at custserv@timex.com for instructions.

Q: Does the back come on and on easy so you can replace the battery . Type of battery
A: Hello, Bren. Thank you for your inquiry. The battery type for model T2H381JT is CR1216. We don’t recommend replacing the battery yourself, as the back case requires special tools to reseal properly. Reese's Law also restricts self-replacement of button cell batteries for safety reasons. You may either visit a reputable watch repair kiosk or jeweler or send the watch to our overseas repair shop for battery replacement ($18 + tax per watch). If you prefer the second option, please contact custserv@timex.com for instructions.
