Use the tips & visuals in this guide to take body measurements accurately & easily.

How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

Cream color- See through, I’m 5’3 and they’re way too long I went on my tippie toes and it still touched the floor. Airy and seems like it would keep you cool in warm weather but didn’t work for me.

Why so looooong Target?

I was so excited about these pants, but just like last year’s version, they’re too long for a 5’5 gal - even with the waistband rolled. And let’s talk about that waistband - the small was too small and the medium was too big. So bummed. @Target, please provide pants in short, regular, and tall lengths so everyone can find a fit that’s right and get to enjoy your pants:)!

Meh. Returned.

I wanted these to work so badly but the waistband is too tight. I’m usually a small and I’m 5’6” but they don’t look good (look faded) while wearing my black pants workout tops and these waist being tight hilights my mom middle. I’ll remain on the hunt.

A great fit for me as someone with a small waist and curvy hips! Length is generous-at 5 ft 6 in they are the perfect length with running shoes or with cork bottom slippers at home. Barefoot they are a little long but honestly I’d rather that than the too short sweatpants I often come across! Too long can always be hemmed!

Could've Been a Score

These pants have so much potential, but the negatives take center stage. The waist is entirely too small and inseam too long, though it fits well everywhere else, just like previous comments mentioned. The length would have been forgivable, as I planned on wearing around the house, but the waist is too uncomfortable. 2 stars for the material, as it really does feel luxe. Unless you have a smaller waist and are average height or taller, these pants are a pass. For reference, I am a healthy, average weight, 5’3”.

Flattering but too thin for a sweatpant

These look flattering and have a good shape. They look great on my tall, slender daughter. However, they are way too thin to be called sweatpants. There's really no lining at all; when I think of a sweatpants, I'm thinking of some kind of fleece lining or something with some warmth to actually make you sweat if you're working out while wearing them. Be warned, these pants are quite thin! we are keeping them because it is hard to find pants that are long enough for her (she is 5'9") and in stock.

Back for more colors

I came back to get every other color in these after purchasing the gray ones. I’m 5’2, they are long but the extra length doesn’t bother me at all. I wore these on 2 3 hour flights (there and back) twice through security no issues so I’m not sure about the other reviewers experience. ..might get another gray pair too🤔
