Too small on chest and bottom even sizing up

I'm a fairly thin person (5'2", 115 lbs) and bought a medium and it was ok overall and too small on the parts I wanted covered. 1) the chest has very painful metal underwires. The shape dug into me and also were too small so my chest either would need to spill over the cups or be cut across (slippage underneath). 2) the butt was way too small for comfort. It is more a V shape so most of my butt would show without the skirt. Overall it was not comfortable. But it covered my tummy well, but again, I did size up for that and I would normally wear a small by measurements.
