Didn't receive the item

I purcharsed this dress over 2 weeks ago, in 2 days I received an email saying it was shipped. I never received the dress and can't seem to get any information on it. it's stick on delayed and no information on it. I've been trying to get refund and can't seem to get that either!! so frustrating at this point!

Looks and feels thin, cheap. The hardware is flimsy and does not look like it would hold up for any length of time - I could bend it easily just in my hand. Returned - I don’t think the price is worth the drop ship quality.
