A: Hi Rominjudy! The short answer to your question is yes, this nightgown will wrinkle after washing. The reason for this is the fabric is woven rather than knit and is 100% cotton rather than polyester or mixed. This nightgown being of woven 100% cotton fabric, makes it soft, airy and breathable. Quaint and Lightweight!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving all things victorian, this gown sure reminds me of that era. It is perfect for the current chillier days as it provides warmth but is not so thick as to overheat. The fabric is rather smooth and flows well. The gown is also quite roomy. Love the quaint details, such as ruffles at wrists and neck and three lines of edging toward the bottom. A true rendition of a victorian poet’s gown. I would rate it top notch, but one neck tie came off after washing. As with all 100 percent cotton, there is some light wrinkling after cleaning. But all in all, it’s a great gown. An added bonus is it’s nice for lounging too.

Lovely and feminine. Soft and roomy, yet true to size. Soo happy ,I feel spoiled wearing it. I love the pockets, can't wait to wear it at my lodge. Definitely will be buying more from this company! Have been looking for one of these nightgowns at a reasonable price forever.
