A: These are fleece inside. Not sure of the leg length, but it does shrink in length just SLIGHTLY after washing. More so in the Grey pair than mauve or mint. All pairs have a HUGE gap in the crotch. Target says these are regular rise, but even have too much crotch space for a high rise pant.
