Q: Are these petite size? For 5 foot women?

A: I am 5’0” and found that the striped one is the perfect full length for me. It is not ankle length by any means since I am petite. The inseam is 28-29 for me and with a slight platform shoes or heels, it lays so nicely!

Q: Do these sailor pants shrink when washing and drying?

A: Yes. Typically, all denim fabric will shrink, especially when put in the dryer. Because these have some stretch, they shouldn’t shrink too much and will stretch out once they are worn. You can always hang them up to dry them just a short time in the dryer to eliminate the wrinkles. I hope that helps. Johanna

I like the wide legs and the pants fit to size. However I dislike is the stiff fabric following the first wash. The pants were comfy prior to washing, after washing and drying several times with fabric softener the fabric is stiff and pants not comfortable. Following washing ironing is also required. I will keep washing and drying hoping for a worn, softening. I am overall disappointed with these pants.

Honestly, I’ve tried these jeans from Target at least twice and FINALLY found “the right ones”! The material is thick with minimal stretch. I have a tummy and in the past, it always looks like these jeans emphasized that awful v-shape where my thighs meet my midsection. Luckily, I’ve lost some weight and went up one size from my regular size. Also, I gave up on these jeans in a light color and opted for black. I’m finally keeping a pair of these.

I’m 5’4 and 160lbs and normally a solid size 10 but these were like squeezing into a size 6!!! Definitely size up at least two sizes. Now ordering a 14 😩 to see how they fit. Other than the sizing, they’re a nice Jean, good cut and thickness.

Ok. So, I did return BUT only because I’m short. 5’4. They are much too thick/stiff to be full length jeans - they need to be more flowy/lighter material to look good. Being 5’4 it hit about an inch off floor, which is an awkward length. However, if I was taller and they hit the correct length, they would be adorable. They are very comfy and well made, just said they didn’t make a petite version.

Love these jeans, but they do fit tight. I usually wear a 10 in target jeans but got a 12, and they still squeeze me when i am sitting. Also, random but there’s no front pockets? Just strange to me. But cute and comfortable overall.

Everyone saying these run small, I have to disagree. I am a solid size 2 in most brands and these fit me to a T - comfortable fit, not tight at all. I got the blue. For reference, I am around 110 lbs and 5’-3”. Worth the hype!
