    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

They didn't fit at all the same, and looked honestly hideous on my body. I am only a size 6, but I needed to size up to medium, and they were extremely baggy around my crotch and butt, yet wouldn't even go over my calves because it was so tight. I don't have thick calves so it was all very confusing. I didn't care for the fabric either, but I would have tolerated it if the fit was better.

I’ll keep them for around the house where no one really sees me). I so wanted to love them because my shirt is awesome and my socks rock!!!!!! I still love Heat Holders other products, though
