A: I normally wear a 2XL/20 and the XXL dress, which is labeled as a size 17, fits me perfectly so I would say it probably is running larger.

A: Yes the dress runs big. The best bet is to find your size on the size chart looking at bust and waist. Then size down one size for sure. I normally wear an XL but got a Large and it was a good fit.

A: I would size down. I'm usually a L and the M was still a bit large but I went with that.

A: I'm usually a L/XL and bought a medium in the white. I would size down, especially if you are more petite (I'm 5'4").

A: Am 5'5 and 117, small framed and I took XS- it has an oversized look, dropped shoulders but it should fit loose.

A: Yes it is a see thru dress and would need a slip. The material is great but it is a summer dress so on the sheer side. Love this dress.

A: I just got it, took XS and it works with an 18" nude slip I have, so that it is above the side slits. I would not feel comfortable without a slip and I feel it lays better as it is somewhat sheer.

A: It you put this in the dryer, it will both shrink and wrinkle.

A: I just got it and always wash before wearing, I am hand washing in cold water, drip dry, but I love an ironed crisp cotton, so definitely for me.

A: If casual is not for you, then it will require ironing. I am good with just ironing the collar and button placket. White and white w/ green are also a heavier mor casual material.

A: First, the waist is NOT elasticized! You can pull the ties on either side to make looser or tighter. I would think if you bought a larger size it would be great as cover-up, can leave un-buttoned also

A: No one at Target seems to edit the site. Under fit it states all “ cotton” and under ‘at a glance’ says “polyester”. I received the white dress and the tag says” 100% cotton ( 20% recycled cotton) the blue and white striped tag just says 100% cotton and does feel a bit more substantial
