Women's Muck Chore Tall Boot, WCHT000, Black

After only having these boots for 6 months the sole developed a hole. I’ve had a pair of Chore Muck boots in the past and those have lasted me 12 years and never developed a hole. So whatever the design was 12 years ago, go back to that design because this new design is flawed.

After 9 months these are cracked at the heels and no longer waterproof. I loved them while they lasted for wet weather in the cold winter but these didn’t last for even a year which is disappointing for how much they cost.

I’m disappointed in these compared to the old style which I wore for years. These are very loose at the top and all over. I returned them immediately and ended up with Bogs, which are only a slight improvement. I really wish they’d bring back the old style.

Boots leaked. Was very disappointed. Especially since these boots are so expensive and a well named brand.

I bought these in March and within a month they started leaking. I can’t afford new boots and now I get poopy feet from cow manure leaking into my boots.

I use these boots for wading into streams to perform water quality analysis. They leaked when new, so I had to seal the seams with black gunk. After two treatments, the boots were waterproof and I appreciate the stable footing and warmth. But I felt that they should have been leakproof out of the box.

Love this boot - very comfortable, waterproof. Wear it all the time when I'm out working in our prairie - seems to keep the chiggers and ticks off me as well.

Your boots are fantastic. I have only owned two pair. The first pair lasted me 25 years they were cracked and the finally the soul came off, but they are the best boots I have ever had and I wear them daily. The second pair is the new pair I just bought and I love them. Thank you for making such great boots.

Super comfy. Stay cool while doing chores in the yard or mud running in an ATV. Feet stay dry.

So comfy and fit true to size. I have used them in muck and other backyard nastiness and all I need to do is rinse them off and they're good as new for tomorrow's muck.

Purchased as a gift for my granddaughter who is off to large animal vet school this fall. She loves them

I used these boots for the first time a few days ago for a Fish & Game planting project that required hiking up a steep hill. The boots were remarkably comfortable (way more so than any of my hiking boots have been in similar situations). The ground was sloped and uneven but the Muck Boot grip was great. They were light weight and not anywhere near as hot as I expected. I didn't have to test them in the stream, so I can't verify that aspect, but I fully expect them to perform very well in boggy terrain.

I’ve just replace some 12 y.o. Chore Muck boots with new Chore Muck boots and the newer ones are a little different with a little more of a pointed toe that I don’t like. I’m in my Muck boots 8 hrs a day and liked the toe to be roomy for thick socks. Also the top edge of the boot curves up toward the knee and gets in the way of my knee pads.

Great fit. I work outside as a researcher. Excellent and sturdy!

These boots are well made and durable. Very well built and comfortable.

I volunteer at a place outdoors that gets muddy and wet and dirty and not only do these boots weather (pun intended) all kinds of stuff, they are incredibly comfortable and durable. I won't buy any other boots ever again!

This is actually my second pair of these chore boots. The first pair I bought were for work in a slaughterhouse, where as you might imagine, they encountered all kinds of fluids. These boots kept my feet and legs clean, and as an added bonus are easy to clean. Just a quick spray, and all of the nastiness was gone from the boots. They have excellent slip resistance, and allow for traction on even the most slippery of surfaces (excluding smooth ice, of course). The boots come up to my knees, allowing me to walk about in snow, rain, and animal gunk, without worry that it will end up on me. The only reason I had to buy a second pair was that my bullmastiff puppy got a hold of the one boot and had a taste of the front of the boot, putting an end to the waterproof factor. If you're hesitant to buy these due to the price: buy them, they will be the last pair of boots you ever need to buy.
