I absolutely love this top! I’m 5’9, 165lbs and found myself wearing plus size after pregnancy so I’ve been buying clothes that flatter my new mom bod. I bought size X. It does have sewn-in cups which I LOVE because historically Target’s bathing suit cups have warped leaving them a bumpy mess afterward. The tankini top does run a little short - but I paired it with a high waisted bottom and it works really well! I actually appreciate that the straps don’t adjust on this top, although I know that’s a criticism of others. Overall, I recommend this piece and I’m just writing an honest review to hopefully encourage someone else to try this cute tankini top!

Like the ruffle, don’t love that they didn’t figure out how to make the straps adjustable. It was a little big in the chest but was afraid to go down a size because I didn’t want to lose length. I need to have it altered to lift the girls up and I think the cup will lay better when sitting, also maybe I’ll have a cleavage then. The listing says removal cups, did a man write this? They’re clearly sewn in. I’m 18/20, and can wear anything from XL, XXL, 1X or 2X and I purchased the 2X. 38C. Sharing these details because Target is really behind in the consumer experience especially for plus women, who actually make up 70% of their audience. The women who are capable of spending the most in store and online, are the ones they continuously ignore when they should be elevating, and catering to plus and putting before straight sizes, every time. Straight sizes should be the least of your concern. Maybe start making clothing based on your audience and cutting down from there, the minority can deal with it.

I had expected this to be slimmer or more tapered. It is not - very flowy and would most likely float up in the water. Not right for me although the pattern is very pretty

Don’t understand why the non plus size version has adjustable straps, but the plus size version does not. Would have been great if this had adjustable straps, but not enough support as is.

This is a beautiful bathing suit top and I love the ruffle sleeves. But it is sooo short in the top. Definitely not what I would consider a tankini. It’s like a crop top.
