Q: The listing shows that this product is 11x14, but when I put it my cart it appears as 16x13. What dimension is it?

It was a nice looking frame for the money, but the opening is not 8 x 10 it’s much smaller than that and did not accommodate my 8x10 piece of art. I would’ve had to chop the top and bottom off. They should be more exact in their sizing

Beautiful frame but buy in-store. I ordered a bunch of them and about half came with scratches and chips. Very disappointing and annoying that Target can’t seem to package things well enough to ship.

Do not buy full price purchased 2 of them and all of both came damaged. I kept them because I had already exchanged one that I purchased with a few scratches on hoping it was a one off but seems they’re just cheaply made and scratched/scuffed easily. An okay deal if you buy them on sale.

Bought 3 of these, loved the color, had to return because NOT A SINGLE ONE of the frames I bought were actually 11x14. Every single one was slightly smaller than 11x14. My art will not fit unless I were to cut it but it's too nice to cut, so I had to return all frames.
