My only bummer about this ottoman is that the top is not solid wood, it’s a particle board with a veneer, and not a very good one at that. The edges are a bit sharp, so around small children they pose an owey possibility and I think the longevity of the top could be easily compromised. We are brainstorming making our own top to replace it. But the size and function of the ottoman/ table is nice, it will store a lot of toys/ stuffed animals and is a nice medium height.

Don’t waste your money. From afar this looks like a really nice ottoman. It’s not. I even ordered a second one in hopes that maybe both would not be damaged but sure enough same terrible quality. The wood tops were both broken and looks like someone tried to super glue it back together. The pressed wood is separating at the seams. A circle top is more like an uneven oval that you have to maneuver to fit the actual ottoman that also has issues. Returned both. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
