Upon arrival from UPS shipping, the long rectangular box was smashed. The mat, rolled up for shipping, was flattened with creases that cannot be removed.

Ultimately serves its purpose but unrolling is a challenge
Do you enjoy pain? Pain to the point of wishing the world would come to a quick end? Then this mat is for you. It arrives rolled up and be advised, it's very stiff. It helps to be prepared-get a knee pad and some heavy weights. Then, make sure the points are on the carpet/floor. Pull out 1 end and then kneel and push the mat away from you. The points will hurt your fingers. If you don't weigh down the edges as you roll it out, the map will snap back. It may take you several attempts to finally get the mat down. I'm too embarrassed to admit how long it took me. But, now that it's down and flattened out it's the perfect solution for my rolling desk chair. If it had arrived flat, it would have been a breeze.
