Not tight enough

These bands are way too stretchy and flimsy. The black band which is supposed to be the tightest and they label it xx heavy is way too easy to use. I ordered a different set on Amazon and there is a huge difference. The xx heavy band is supposed to make you really work and feel the stretch of your muscles but this one from target doesnt doesn’t do that at all.
