A picture book for anyone who has ever lost anything! Worm runs one of the best lost and found offices in the world. He has a rare ability to find things. Lost umbrella? Missing keys? Misplaced toy? If it is lost, then Worm can find it. But then the unthinkable happens: Worm can't find his hat! Worm's absent-minded friend Seal is always losing things. But can she help Worm find his beloved hat? Seal has the perfect solution: look left, look right, then . . . make pancakes? Can Seal's silly solution actually help Worm find his favorite cap? In Jule Wellerdiek's first book with NorthSouth she finds a humorous way to deal with things that are lost, and celebrates the joy that comes with finding things when you least expect it. Includes a seek and find game throughout the book!Review Quotes

About the Author
Jule Wellerdiek was born in Bielefeld, Germany. After studying design at Münster University of Applied Sciences, she now works as a freelance illustrator. Most days she can be found doing what she loves most: dreaming up stories and turning them into pictures-- preferably with lots of weird characters and details. Her debut, Holgers Haus, was released in 2022. Worm's Lost & Found is her first book published in the US. Jule lives in Bochum, Germany. David Henry Wilson, born in London, is a playwright, novelist, children's book author, and translator. His plays have been produced in many well-known theaters in Great Britain as well as abroad, and his children's books--especially the Jeremy James series--have been translated into many languages. His novel The Coachman Rat received critical acclaim on both sides of the Atlantic. For many years he lectured at the universities of Bristol (England) and Konstanz (Germany), where he founded the university theater. His translations from French and German cover many subjects, ranging from literary theory, art, travel, and general culture to children's novels and picture books.Dimensions (Overall): 11.1 Inches (H) x 8.6 Inches (W) x .4 Inches (D)
