Did not finish.

Oh, boy ... just had to DNF. This book was not for me. I started skimming half way through and couldn't even do that, I literally regret spending my money on this.

Great thriller

What would you do if you have just witnessed your son commit a murder. You do not understand why he did it, soon the police arrive so your are dealing with them, he is arrested and you have to find him a lawyer. When you awaken the next morning you have nothing to deal with because it is the previous day the day before it happened. You do not understand how this happened. Soon it will be even more confusing for you as you realize you are going backward. It starts with a day, soon it is days, than a week, that it becomes a month, than a year and soon decades. You do not understand why this time loop is happening. But as you experience it you are learning more and more about your husband, your son and the man he murdered. Would you want to change everything that happened over those days, weeks, months and years for your son, your husband and everyone. This is a great book with great twists.

Solid book! There were many moments where I felt like it was hard to get through the book but the story was very well done! There was multiple points where I didn’t see stuff coming.

Suspense guaranteed!

How do you stop a murder after it's already happened? I loved this unique time-travel crime thriller! I couldn't wait to find out what happened in the end!! This one was full of suspense! You could just feel the desperation & confusion as Jen is experiencing it first hand, all throughout the book! Definitely on the edge of my seat! Definitely recommend if you're looking for a good suspense/thriller to read next!

Ignore bad reviews, this book is GREAT!!

I was nervous to read this with so many reviews stating it was a hard book to follow or that the writing was confusing. I went in to it already expecting to hate it. However, I was WRONG! This book is great!! The story is easy to read and follow and I didn’t want to put it down. Finished in 2 days.

Unpopular Opinion

I've read many good reviews for this book prior to reading, hence why i picked it up, but was disappointed the entire read. Is the plot overall solid and interesting? Yes. However, i found myself starting to get bored and annoyed with how far back in time the author takes you by the end of the book. i found myself reading it just to finish it, not really an an enjoyable read for me

HIGHLY Recommend!!!

This might just be one of the best books I have ever read. While it focuses on solving crime, the story is told backwards which is such a unique way of storytelling. My jaw dropped several times reading this through all the big reveals and twists and turns. I felt like I was on a rollercoaster going back in time with the main character, Jen, figuring out the truth to the crime. I absolutely loved the ending as well, and am highly satisfied. I highly recommend this book to anyone, and I can promise you that you won't read another book quite like this one. Also side note, I would absolutely love to see this become a movie one day.

A fun thriller

The cover of this book is really pretty. Wrong Place Wrong Time follows Jen’s accidental travel backwards in time after witnessing her almost-adult son Todd murder someone with a knife right by their home. She quickly realizes, after getting over the weirdness and disorientation of nothing making sense anymore, that she has to figure out what lead to the murder in order to prevent it and her son’s arrest. This story has elements of simplified theorizing about time loops, which is fun. Deeper than that, though, it highlights the fragility of relationships and trust. If you’re a fan of the show Russian Doll (mentioned as the inspiration for this book in the acknowledgments) and maybe Groundhog Day, you’ll like this. I know I did. I had a great time following the clues and twists and was hooked from the very beginning. Definitely recommend.
