The controller I received was dusty and grimy, clearly used, and the USB C cable that it came with wasn't wrapped with any packaging or ties, just loosely in the container. Also, I don't know if this controller comes with AA batteries when new, but this one came with no batteries. As this is advertised as a new product this is unacceptable. Additionally, it's frustrating that when requesting a replacement I'm expected to send the controller back before a replacement will be sent when Target is at fault. I should be a sent a new item, which I've paid for an not yet received, before being expected to send it back. I usually like Target but this was a bad experience and I don't recommend anyone buy this item from Target as there are several other reviews here with people who had the same experience.

I liked that it was easy to set up for my laptop, when it came to my house it had some dust one it. Not sure if it was used or not. Also, when using it wirelessly with blue tooth, it sometimes stop connecting for a while until I press the Xbox home button. I will provide a update if it stops working but at the moment it’s fine. I would recommend using the usb with this controller to not loose connection with your pc.

I bought mine in the Black Friday 2020 sale and it has been a much better controller than all the previous micro USB controllers I’ve owned. I use it for PC gaming and haven’t had any problems with disconnecting or the USB C port getting loose, like my previous micro usb controller did. The texture is a little funky and bumpy but as long as you don’t have a death grip on your controller, it won’t bother you.

The controller had dust and fingerprints all over it and the cable was disheveled and not sealed. The controller also disconnects randomly from my pc before and after installing a firmware update. Disappointed to say the least.

Very nearly garbage

Cons: Requires two AA batteries. Includes none. I had some but I can't remember the last time that I bought something that didn't include batteries. I wonder how many people received this as a gift and couldn't even use it out of the box. That's a rather pathetic cost cutting measure. Includes a cable, USB-A to USB-C. The cable is require to program or update using the Xbox Accessories program even if you connect it via Bluetooth. My system only has USB-C/Thunderbolt. So, the included cable is worthless to me. I have to buy a USB-C TO USB-C cable. Frequently drops its Bluetooth connection even after updating Windows 10 and all Dell drivers. Every five to ten minutes it goes dead and the connect button flashes while it reestablishes its connection. Allegedly, an firmware update may fix it but I have to buy the previously mentioned cable first. Pros: It feels nice and, if you ignore the software and firmware issues, it seems well made. Recommendation: If you're buying this for your PC, hard pass until they address the well documented problems with this controller. If you need something right now, look somewhere else
