Good taste and not too soft or hard
I like this gum and have been buying it for years now. The only thing I would want is for the flavor to last longer. But pretty much all gum is that way unless you have something strong like peppermint. It’s worth buying. It also doesn’t stick to my denture : )

I like to chew this gum right after a meal or snack. It helps curb bacteria, which can flourish in an acid environment. It also sends a message to the stomach that food is being chewed, so digestive action is required. I read that one should not chew gum between meals for that reason. Don't confuse your stomach with a false message.

Excellent Chewing Gum

I am allergic to Aspartame which is unhealthy and used in so many products. I will begin to develop MS-like systems if my body consumes too much over any period of time. Th problem is I am a 'gumaholic' meaning I love to chew gum all day / everyday. Since most gum contains Aspartame, I put myself at risk. In comes Spry. This come does not contain Aspartame and is quite delightful to chew. I buy the large quantities to fulfill my obsession with gum. The only negative is this gum does not retain its freshness for too long so I have to keep popping chews. In any case, I am sure this will be addressed over time with enough feedback from consumers. All in all, it is a great product.

I don't like overly minty gums, so was hoping this would be a good alternative. It does taste really good, but the flavor never lasts more than a few minutes. As another reviewer suggested, I just started using it in place of a snack for a sweet treat, but I definitely don't get the satisfaction out of it like I do with other gums. I'll try a minty variety next and see if that holds flavor longer.

I was worried about ordering the great big size because once I got a bad batch from a *different* site and the gum was old and hard and tasteless and hard to chew. But since Swanson has a money back guarantee I decided to go ahead and try it. This gum is delicious and very tender and chews well. Good deal on this size, too, if you use this often, which I do.
