[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love resistance bands - they take up so little room (great for packing and bringing on trips!), but you can get a great workout in with them. Some sets are super low quality and break/fall apart easily. Not the case with these - super well made and seem like they will last forever!

I am an avid athlete and work out quite a bit to the tune of 5 to 6 days per week. Moving my body is probably my favorite thing to do to decrease stress and uplift my overall well-being. I loved incorporating these bands into my workout session, and I have to say they are made incredibly well and I love the fact that they are not that rubbery material that pinches your skin. These are so enjoyable to utilize the material is great yet they have a lot of resistance which is what I’m looking for in a workout band. I highly recommend them and think that you should try them right away.

I can definitely tell the difference in my posture with my squats and floor exercises. I have just used the lightest resistance and can’t wait to keep increasing!

I eat relatively healthy but I am not super fitnessy. I hate the gym, so I thought these might be good for someone who wants to do at home exercise. Boy was I wrong. I tried the lightest band (light blue). First, it went above my knees, but I felt dumb doing the “exercise”, I checked their insta to see how it was supposed to go since it did not come with any instructions/guide.I tried the other two colors, the teal one barely went to my knees and I could feel the resistance. The black one, it would not go over my knees and I COULD NOT open my knees to perform the workout. So I guess if you are stronger this would work but for a beginner, I need something a little less resistance especially for like an absolute beginner. The packages say LMS which I thought was Small size, medium size, and large size but their website suggest it’s the resistance level. I don’t know which is why it should’ve came with instructions. Also, Americans are kinda thick now, this is not made for thicker gals. For reference, I am 5’4, 166lbs and wear size 8/10. I carry most of my weight in my thighs. Maybe my husband might like it, I’ll let him try.
