I use these daily. They have textured grip so they are easily held even when your hands get sweaty so they don't slip put. There's multiple weights so you can work out different muscles with different weights and progress up. They have a flat surface so when you put them on the ground they are steady. The weight is distributed evenly throughout it so it doesn't feel like one heavy center but dispersed through the whole ball. Since they aren't super heavy weights. I like using them on muscles that aren't trained well and need strength training more focused on. I've noticed great improvements especially on my chest muscles.

Excellent set of Kettlebells for my new workout plan. I already have dumbbells and a straight bar but I've seen so many kettlebell workouts, it was time! I plan on starting with the 10 and work my way up to 20. My kids can use the 5 and 10 mostly. As you can see the weights are very close, which was a concern because one of the reviews I read said the actual weights were half of what they should have been. They were shipped very well in styrofoam and packed tightly in a sturdy box, arrived on time and as described. 5 stars!

Inaccurate weight amount. The 5 lb weighs 2 lbs, 10 lb weighs 5lb and so on

Great quality kettlebell weights. The handles are easy to hold and the material is not slippery, which I appreciate. The colors are also thankfully not as bright as I thought they might be. Would absolutely recommend for this price.
