Q: Does this come split into two seats that are then assembled? Asking as I have a narrow staircase and would have to carry it up in pieces before assembly?

A: Yes, this comes apart before it's assembled and is divided into two seats, left and right, so don't worry about not being able to get into the stairs.

Yeah, it may look like the picture.. but this couch is for children. It's Tiny! It sits less than a foot off the ground. You can't use it as a sofa bed bc your head and feet will stick out the end. Extremely disappointed with this purchase.
