I love these balloon banners! They are way cheaper than the balloons from party city and are very easy to blow up. They come with a string to use to hang them up too, so you don't need helium. They stay full for a few days too!

Keep in mind these are smaller than regular foil balloons (but not too small), but if you’re looking for some more on the larger side these are not it. They’re great quality and we’re easy to blow up. I used them for my parents and it worked out perfect.

Ordered this for my niece 4 weeks ago and it was super easy to inflate. The best part is when the balloons seal themselves. In fact the balloons are STILL inflated and hanging above my desk. I didn't realize these were Made in USA instead of China. Thank you Target for supporting United States manufacturing!!!

I bought the YAY balloons for my daughter's birthday in August. My mom actually saved it and last night put it up for my husband's birthday ( a MONTH later!). She's keeping it so we'll see how it looks in November at the next party! :) Really cute, easy to use. Too bad others had problems, perhaps they were user errors?
