Not worth buying
Really short card, and the author says her name 1-2 times in each section, rather than actually going straight to the content. It’s pretty annoying.

Highly recommend
My daughter has loved this card for over a year. She will turn it on when she feels overwhelmed or needs guidance to wind down for bedtime. I’ve even caught her practicing the exercises on her own when she felt overwhelmed.

Incredibly short
Each of the three exercises is WAY too short to have any impact whatsoever. The whole card is less than 10 minutes total. There are free yoto podcasts that are head and shoulders above this card. YouTube is great too

This is a wonderful way to teach your kiddo to calm down when feeling frustrated breathing is so important! My three year old LOVES this card!
