This product is incredible for supporting tendons and ligaments, especially for weight lifters. I was buying the 390 ct bottle at Costco but that formula contains an excessive amount of biotin. The side affects of excessive biotin were terrible and not good for my kidney functions. I'm happy to be back on the original product which contains no biotin.

Been taking these exact ones for 8 months. Bought them from Sprouts Farmers Market multiple times. After going on almost 9 months, I can honestly say, they did absolutely nothing for my skin.

The best tablet option so far. After digging, 1x/6 tablets day offers the MOST hydrolyzed collagen @6,000mg OR 6g. Vit. C & 18 amino acids. Don't use tab count. 3tabs=half AND less @ 1.5 -3g.

I thought I needed rotator cuff surgery, and my elbow joints also started aching in my mid 40's. My wife bought these collagen tablets for our skin and hair. I noticed about 2 weeks after taking them that my pain went away. Can't blame it on placebo affect because I thought it was for skin and hair. It's been 2 years and my joints are fine. Didn't seen to do anything for skin and hair, but definitely strengthened tendons and ligaments.

I have taken these pills for six months or so, and I see no difference in my hair or nails. The daily dosage is six pills and they're very large and difficult to swallow, so it is very hard to keep up with six a day. I will replace them with a gel cap of a different brand

Honestly I don't mind having to take 6 a day. It's completely worth it because I definitely see a difference in my hair, nails and skin. I was honestly shocked! This by far is my favorite collagen supplement I've ever used. I will definitely keep using it moving forward

I have found this product to be ineffective at repairing muscle and connective tissue injury. Ascorbic acid is included to aid in absorption. However this is apparently not enough. I have found that taking this product with fresh citrus fruit or a vitamin c supplement WITH CITRUS BIOFLAVINOID COMPLEX turns it into a miracle cure that will ease pain and promote rapid healing in as little as two hours. I use this product daily with a citrus bioflavinoid complex to great effect.

These seemed to work great. It took about 2 weeks to notice the growth in my hair and nails being quicker and healthier. The pills are rather large and I often struggled wanting to take them due to their size but overall they seem to work well and the added vitamin C is a plus.

The collagen supplement is good, I've been taking it for for about two months now, it says to take six tablets daily but I take two a day only. The biggest difference I have noticed is my nails, they feel strong and I haven't break one in a while.

I think I've noticed a difference in my hair and nail growth. My skin looks a little tighter also. I just don't like that you have to take 6 pills per day, I don't think that's sustainable. Maybe slim it down to 3?
