Way Overpriced
I purchased these at $7.49 for 10 and a box of Brach's at $1.72 for 12 from a different store. The Brach's are so much tastier and were not broken to bits. Candy canes are a rare seasonal treat for us as we use them mostly for decorating our tree. These Yum Earth candy canes are 10 calories more per serving (14g vs 13g), were broken to pieces, and had a weird taste/texture at first. They both have sugar, but the Brach's also has corn syrup, sodium, Red 40, and Red 40 lake. We won't eat enough of these (and they were too broken to place on our tree) to justify the insane price. I will add that after researching Red 40/Red 40 Lake for this review, I've decided to skip candy canes altogether.

The flavor is bad! I’ve had this brand before with other candies and my kids love the blue raspberry candy canes but the peppermint flavor is over powered by another flavor I can’t really describe. As a parent trying to avoid red 40, I was hoping these would be a god replacement but it flopped.

So happy I found these!
I am so happy I found these candy canes. My daughter can't have anything with red dye but she LOVES candy canes. I was in the store the other day and walked past these and I was so happy! I always buy this brand but I did not know they made candy canes. Although I wasn't too happy about the price, it's really worth it because now my daughter can enjoy her candy canes without the red dye. They taste just like the regular ones, I don't understand some of the other reviews saying they don't taste good, they taste EXACTLY like the ones with the red dye. I would recommend them.

Received in such bad condition
I'm giving two stars only because I appreciate offerings without artificial colors and certain allergens. Otherwise, this product was unuseable. I purchased these for an event where I needed 5 candy canes intact. I purchased 3 packages, since I know a few might be broken and I wanted to be sure to have 5, so there were 30 candy canes total. This was a drive up Target order, so they were loaded in my car and I drove straight home. There was not a single candy cane in one piece. Each one was actually in several pieces. I'm not sure if they came to the store this way, or if they were mishandled before being loaded in my car. Nonetheless, paying almost $1 per candy cane for 30 candy canes, I would think I could get at least a few useable ones. Nope. Not a single one.
