Cute, not tasty
Got them for my tree. They are regular sized candy canes. Super cute, not broken, and individually wrapped. But they are kinda gross. They tasted more like chemicals or food additives than candy. Not really sweet, with mild peppermint flavor. Kids like them though.

You have got to be kidding me. I bought 10 boxes of 24 candy canes for games with my class. That’s right - 240 candy canes. I needed 132 candy canes for my class for games. Unfortunately, of the 240 candy canes I have, I don’t even have 132 that aren’t broken. It’s ridiculous. I will not buy another Target brand item again.

Concern.....Center of cane is black
Why is the center of the red and green canes black?????? I broke open several and they were all black or a very dark gray. Does red and green turn black when mixed together? Favorite Day is a Target brand. I tried to email them and it bounced back to me as undeliveable.

No one wants broken candy canes
I get these candy canes every year to make reindeers. The past two years, more than half the package is broken. This year 14 out of 24 were broken. Target needs to stop with the cheap packaging- sincerely no one wants broken candy canes

Candy canes arrived crushed
A genius in the packing department put the candy canes on the bottom of a tightly packed box with a big jar of heavy peanut butter directly on top of it, completely crushing half the candy canes. Not cool. Now I have to make peppermint bark out of them 🤣

Broken - poor packaging/quality
Most are broken. I bought 2 boxes - the boxes seemed like they were in good shape. Out of 24, only 2 were NOT broken. 3 more were only broken in one place so they could still be used. But 19 are broken in 2 or kore places. I knew there would be some broken pieces which is why I bought 2 boxes. I needed 12 for gifts. I never expected that only 5 would be useable.

Broken Candy Canes
Candy Cane boxes were not wrapped with any packaging material. Out of the two boxes only three candy canes were intact. If I had a Target close to me I’d obviously buy in person, but sadly I do not. I’ll be crushing these now to bake with as they’re broken in too many places to hang on the tree for my children. Greatly disappointed.

Check candy canes before and after purchasing.
I always love getting these candy canes but when I ordered them online and picked them at the store they were all broken. They were Broken from the arch. Same with the boxes they were torn and manhandled. It might have just been that batch but, it’s not acceptable to give that to your costumers. I wanted to do a return and exchange them for new ones but, the person in charge would not let me do one. Just be careful. Nothing wrong with the candy canes themselves on the taste or brand but pretty surprising that the stores serve their pick up costumers this when it’s clearly being paid for and not free.
