The lid broke literally the first time my daughter dropped it. If you're going to market a product to children (we found it in the back to school section), they need to be at least somewhat durable.

Poor Quality, Poor Customer Support
The first day of school my son dropped the water bottle and the top broke apart. I contacted Zak to see if they could send a replacement or offer any type help but all the offered was a replacement lid that is a different color than the water bottle I have. Clearly it’s a poor quality product and they don’t have good customer service to back their product either. Don’t waste your money on this brand.

The water bottle itself is fine, but weirdly there is a paper sticker label that will not come off of the inner walls. It's huge and you sip chunks of dissolved paper as you're drinking it. Really weird design that sort of just ruins the whole thing.

Lasted an entire school year
We bought one of these for back to school, and it lasted throughout our daughter’s entire first grade year with everyday use (even at home/on the weekends!) We decorated it with stickers and she loved having it unique to her. At $10 this one’s a no brainer! We finally lost it on a road trip so we are coming back for two more!

The best lightest narrow stainless steel water bottle
Love these. They are the lightest stainless steel bottles I’ve found. They are narrow which is nice too bc I have 3 kids and have to fit 3-4 in my backpack for hikes and stuff.

Well it’s super cute! It only lasted 3 days at summer camp for my daughter. The top part of the lid came off and cannot go back together. Wouldn’t recommend for summer camp where there’s no other options! (She is 12 and responsible fyi!)
