I ordered 2 of these and neither of them came with the straw topper. I wanted the flower straw topper and I’m very disappointed both didn’t have it. Other than that the cup is ok.

The cup is absolutely horrible, i normally don't have a problem with zak cups, until i bought this cup. The description claims the cup doesn't sweat, but it always does sweats more than a melting ice cube. When you wash it, water gets stuck in between the clear plastic part and the part with the character. And the straw topper is frustrating to put on and remove. Also the cup looks cuter in the picture than in person. It also spills too easily.

The cup is super pretty and different but I thought the since would be metal so the drink can stay colder. But it’s doubled layered with hard plastic and is supposed to keep the drink cold so let’s see but it’s worth it 🥰
