Zarbee's Adult Sleep with Melatonin Gummies Supplement, Natural Mixed Fruit Flavor, 60 Gummies

I have difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep as my mind wont turn off. I’m always either on my phone or thinking about what task I need to do next. Well, these gummies literally make me fall asleep within 30 minutes and I stay asleep most of the night. I do wake up as if I was just in a deep sleep, but I do not feel groggy when I wake up. Regular melatonin tablets do NOT do this. So I’m just curious what is in this that is different than regular melatonin tablets?

I have taken other supplements before and even though my sleep improved, it didn’t compare to how this product has helped me. I take it about 30 minutes before going to sleep and I fall asleep more quickly, and stay asleep most of the night or even the entire night!!! I have no problem waking up in the morning which is something new for me, as I have often struggled to get out of bed in the morning. With other products I've tried, I'd wake up multiple times in the middle of the night and sometimes had trouble falling back to sleep but not with this. I can't remember the last time I slept straight thru the whole night!

I wasn’t a big fan of these gummies. The good part about these are they actually work and they help you go to sleep. But I wasn’t the biggest fan of the taste of the gummies. I had to eat them with a bunch of water but the taste was still weird.

I tried these gummies one night and unfortunately was still awake several hours later. It says to take just before bedtime, so I'm not sure how long they should take to work. The taste was alright and thankfully they're soft gummies which is nice because I have trouble swallowing pills. I will try these again sometime, as I like that they're natural.

It honestly makes me sleep amazingly as for my fiancé. The taste is a little weird, but it goes away quickly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these Melatonin gummies! I used to take one 10mg meltaway prior to trying these. These are 3mg each, so I took two for a total of 6mg and that's surprisingly all that's needed with the Zarbee's brand. They're a perfect size for chewing. They have a slightly sour fruit flavor and they're coated in sugar which gives them a sour/sweet candy type taste. Very pleasant. The bottle is pretty tough to open, but that's a great thing because they really do look like candy. So be careful if you have children around. I chew these 45 minutes before I'm ready for bed, put on a an hour long TV show, and I can feel myself drifting out before the show is over. I will absolutely be buying these exact sleep gummies from now on! Game changer!

I have tried teas, reading, apps and a ton of different stuff but what worked the best was these gummies. I take them about an hour before bed. They don't knock you out but just help you want to fall asleep. I either listen to some music or an audio book until I feel ready to sleep. When I wake up in the morning, I feel like I had a great nights sleep and am not drowsy like other meds. I like that they are gummies, as I have trouble will swallowing pill, so this helps a lot.
