Make me tired and unmotivated
First day I took this, I took 1 tab in the morning after breakfast. It make me tired, sleepy, unmotivated, lazy to do anything. The effect was quite pronounced there's no way it's placebo. Second day, I took 1 tab before bedtime. It made me sleepy and sleep easier. But the day after I still feel tired and unmotivated. Third day, I took half tab before bedtime. The day after is the same, tired and unmotivated, although less pronounced. This product certainly has a strong effect, but it's not for me. I was depressed and looking for something to make me happy and motivated again. It pretty much gave me the opposite.
