Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 White Oil Based Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer Spray provides excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces without sanding. It's great for interior and exterior surfaces. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a builder and LOVE Bull's Eye! I use this as a primer and it's excellent. The smell is not great, but the product definitely is. Works on multiple surfaces and dries quickly. My painter refuses to use anything else. Great for covering up anything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 6 year old son decided to use a hammer on the middle the plastic lid, so it does not seal anymore since there is a big hole in the middle. And even worse, I tried getting a metal paint can lid to replace it, and it does not even fit the can. I am sad that the company is cheaping out on the lids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here is what I discovered.. coverage, little goes a long way, absolutely improve the appearance with a fresh layer of this primer. PROS: Great stain blocker, great adhesion, good dry time, and good white base for painting. CONS: It has a strong smell, but it dissipated in about 20 to 30 minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zinsser - Bulls Eye 1-2-3 has a very smooth consistency and great coverage. My husband and I are updating our daughter's old bathroom, now that she has moved out and we needed to find a primer that would cover the stencil accents that were on the wall. Zinsser - Bulls Eye 1-2-3 covered them completely, leaving a nice even surface for the finish paint.

Wonderful products by a great company that you can really trust and put your faith in to work as advertised. I've used their products in the past and was always happy with the results. This is no exception. Easy to open and use, nice thick coverage, and it covers all stains perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

I used it to cover an old painting canvas so I could repaint something else on the canvas. The old painting was with very strongly pigmented colors and the primer covered it easily and effectively with only one coat! I was very impressed. It was easy to use and the spray came out nice and even. I will definitely buy this product again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unbelievably high quality primer. I used this Primer on an old laminate type bookcase. 2 coats of primer and no issue with paint adhesion or bleed through. Dries pretty quick and low fumes. I will definitely be using this on my upcoming projects.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I ordered. This, I was expecting a spray can but what they sent me was 4 gallons of the bullseye 123. This was a nice surprise. I gave 2 cans to my daughter for her projects and I'm using the other for a primer in my rv before I paint.

Not only did this primer cover the black paint with ease, but it took far less coats to cover the black than the competition I have used in the past. This is absolutely the best primer I have ever used. Great coverage and goes on smooth.

It’s thicker than other primers so, unless I’m covering a super bright/dark color, one coat does the trick. It does smell very strongly so I would suggest making sure you have adequate ventilation. But it works and covers great!

The new coat of paint adhered to the bulls eye primer for an excellent finish. I would highly recommend this product!!

Finally decided to paint over it and knew we needed to use a primer first. The paints that say “paint and primer in one” are fine for covering light colored walls but not red! We used a roller with deep pile since the wall is textured and Bulls Eye covered in one coat. Now covering the primer with a much calmer color, looks great.
