The lid got loose but i guess its nice that it unscrews so that you can wash the handle between the glass. It got discolored after using it like 5 times. Its not that non-stick either :(

Do not buy the wok
I restrictively followed the manual book to use the wok. However, the coating and Teflon layer still separated. Additionally, the wok could not cook eggs or noodles properly, as food would stick to the bottom. This resulted in a disappointing experience with both the product and the service. I strongly advise against purchasing it.

Coating failure after 1 year of use
The coating lasted 1 year. Before started pealing off at the sides. I do take care of my cook wear and had different brand wok pans which lasted two to three years with my use. Really disappointed in this product.

Doesn't worth it.
Honestly, it doesn't worth the money. Its very slow to warm/heat up. After a few uses, the bottom turns yellow, unlike the hexclad. If you're paying that much, you mind as well get the hexclad.

Not as good as I expected
I have left over residue which I am not able to clean u til now. Only after one use, I havent used this wok again as I am not able to get rid of the food residue stuck on it

Wok is not designed for Asian cooking
This wok is not designed for Asian cooking. The package on the box advertized the wok as fast heating, but in reality, it heats up very slowly. The only reason I bought this wok is because I heard from friends that their Zwilling's pans heat up fast on their induction stoves. As I am in serach for a wok for my induction stove, I was eager to give this a try. However, this wok heats up very slow. As a wok is meant for Asian cooking like stir-fry, I had to turn my stove to about 7 or 8 out of 9 to even get my food to sizzle slightly. Upon the second use, my wok got a dark mark in the centre that cannot be removed. My food was not burnt during cooking so I was not sure what caused this mark. I went back to the store that I purchased this from and the sale rep told me that I should have use only low to medium heat and said there is nothing they can do. To have a wok that is designed to be only used for low/medium heat does not make any sense and there is no mention of this on the box, which should have been there to pre-warn customers.

Incredible wok! The stainless "flash" is so cool!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new wok and love to shop local. This wok heats so evenly and quickly it makes stir-fry fun! The stainless steel design that shoes through adds the "flash" factor so you look like a chef on T. V. cooking for your family!

Excellent Wok
You get the best of both worlds...heats like carbon steel but has a coating that makes it non stick plus I can use metal utensils! Love the long handle and glass lid. Clean up is super easy.

Wonderful Non-stick Wok!
A great pan for preparing stir fry meals but can be used for many cooking tasks. High walls allow pan to be a perfect choice frying chicken, cutlets and beef patties. And clean up is easy because it has a great non-stick surface.
