A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. Good feel and sharpness. The blade is solid and keeps its edge. Also, the blades are very hard and the knives are well balanced. The blades also feels good in my hand. Finally upgraded to a pro set and it was well worth it!

The only set you will need to buy
Very sharp with good grip and weight. I like the matte black block. Even though they are marked as dishwasher safe, I would recommend handwashing for longevity. I purchased ZWILLING knives in Germany 24 years ago for my mother and they are still going strong!

Start Choppin’
I have been wanting a great knife set like this for years but refused to indulge myself. Luckily, my wife spoils me and got me these knives as a gift (along with the magnetic board pictured here - the board is not included in the ten piece set). The ten piece set is beautiful, the knives beds are so sharp, so easy to use and make using them a joy. I’m incredibly glad to have these knives in our kitchen.

Just spectacular!
My first impression is that I absolutely love the weight and feel of these knives. They are so balanced and easy to handle. Upon using them for various items, they do their job magnificently. I'm actually excited to get to use them. They make food prep so enjoyable. Best knives ever.
