    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Professional S is terrific line of knives that covers almost any need in the kitchen. Cutting up any food is a snap for me.-They are a little lighter than the new Pro line. These knifes are razor sharp right out of the box.I am preparing food much faster now and having a lot more fun doing it. Highly recommend this product!!

    Impressive out of the box

    I am really excited to have purchased this set. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but the overall quality out of the box is impressive. Only downside is the handle on one of the knives is damaged. Customer service is closed now, but hopefully getting this resolved won’t be a challenge.
