Cutting up any food is a snap for me.-They are a little lighter than the new Pro line. Impressive out of the box
I am really excited to have purchased this set. I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but the overall quality out of the box is impressive. Only downside is the handle on one of the knives is damaged. Customer service is closed now, but hopefully getting this resolved won’t be a challenge.
