A: Thank you so much for the question! The Delta Chef's knife measures at 13" from tip to heel (with an 8" blade). The Paring knife is 8.25" from tip to heel (with a 4" blade).

Q: Am I supposed to sand the handle? Its not smooth. Its feels like junk! After i sand the handles smooth. Do i then need to seal them? This all seems like alot of work. Guess i picked a crap knife
