Excellent!

These knives are great. Very sharp. Very easy to clean. A lot lighter than expected. Since they are metal, I thought they would be heavy and was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite to be true.

Beautiful!

Beautiful knife, black and wonderful knives! Definitely heed to the hand wash only recommendation though. I put one in the dishwasher on accident. And it definitely brought out streaking on the blade. It was one of the smaller knives that lives inside the knife block so it wasn’t a big deal but I’m glad I did it on that one and not one of the big ones you can see.
