The Best Choice for a Paring Knife
Bought this a few weeks ago as my old paring knife handle cracked. The blade material is razor sharp and stays that way with a quick honing every use. The balance is amazing. The feel of the handle is perfect. it's the perfect knife for tasks that require precision. It is the sixth knife of the Pro series I have purchased. They are all amazing and make food prep a breeze.

Itty bitty and sharp as heck
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is the perfect paring knife for a home chef like me. Could I progress to being a professional chef just through using this knife? Yes. It's that good. I feel like I can cut through reality itself with how sharp this thing is. However so far I've only used it to cut through some vegetables. Slides through everything like butter, even if it's not butter (yet to try actual butter). Hey. Get two knives. This one, and a chef's knife from the same line and you'll be chopping through food like a... thing that very quickly and easily chops through things.

Perfect Paring Knife
