Description

ZWILLING Pro is the most user-friendly knife available to market. The unique blade shape and ergonomic bolster are the result of years of experience in knife making, and the rigorous study of how knives are used. A unique curved bolster supports the professional pinch grip, with thumb and index finger on the blade, for safe cutting and less fatigue. The blade was redesigned with a broader curve in the front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight back is ideal for the Asian chopping motion. The full length of the blade can be used when cutting and can be sharpened from bolster to tip Designed in Italy by Matteo Thun and made in Germany by ZWILLING J.A.     Lifetime forever bead knife

    Extremely happy with my purchase. This is a replacement knife. I purchased this bread knife 45 years ago and it was the best! Unfortunately, when we bought a new home and were doing renovations, living on sandwiches, it disappeared and never turned up. I HAD to replace it. It’s a lifetime quality forever knife. A must have in your kitchen arsenal!

    Great Bread Knife

    Another great knife.

    Very sharp, and I like the length for versatility. I have several Henkels Pro knives and love them. I prefer the blade thickness over my Shun Premier knives.

    8" Bread Knife

    I have always wanted a decent bread knife to cut through bread. The cheap ones I had were like sawing through bread making a mess. Got this and it works great!! It provides smooth even cuts. Haven't tried it yet but I hear it works great on slicing tomatoes.
