Taco Bell

Taco Bell lists several heat levels for its sauces: Mild, Hot, Fire (described as intense), and Diablo (described as high heat).

Common ingredients include tomato puree, chili peppers (including jalapeño), onion in various forms (dried onion or onion powder), garlic (dehydrated or garlic), and paprika. Seasoning packets also commonly list sugar and black pepper alongside these ingredients.

Sauces are sold in bottles (preferred by many buyers over small packets) and the packaging notes advise refrigerating the sauce after opening. Packaging formats and exact storage instructions may vary by product, so follow the label directions.

Each 1-ounce Taco Bell seasoning packet is written to season about 1 pound of meat. Directions say to brown the meat, add the seasoning packet plus the specified amount of water, and simmer until the sauce thickens.

The Crunchwrap Supreme kit contains four 12-inch flour tortillas, cheese sauce, four crunchy tostada shells, and taco seasoning. The 22.6-ounce kit is described to make four servings.
