Most servings provide about 25 g of protein and 10 g of collagen per serving.

The powders use whey protein sourced from grass‑fed animals; product text often includes claims such as “100% grass‑fed.”

Common labels include Gluten‑Free, Kosher, and Soy‑Free; some listings also state Non‑GMO. Several products explicitly note they do not contain shellfish or fish.

Options include single‑serve packets (around 1.5 oz) and multi‑serve bags labeled as 10 servings, with bag weights shown in listings from about 425 g to 480 g.

Combine one packet or one scoop with water or your preferred milk in a bottle and shake to mix—product descriptions emphasize a shake‑and‑go approach with no blender required.

Review summaries most often praise the flavor and texture—describing an authentic, pleasant taste and a smooth (not chalky) mouthfeel—and many reviewers note good mixability or easy blending in a bottle.
